They wanted to not just share tools for women to feel whole and complete, but to also share women’s stories of courage and perseverance. In each episode, Dr. King and Yvonne bring you hacks, tips, and inspiring stories to empower you to live a successful life. Dr. King is a psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, author & motivational speaker specializing in trauma and women’s mental health. Yvonne is a psychotherapist & coach specializing in relationships, couples & women’s issues. Dr. King, and Yvonne are co-founders of Suits, Stilettos & Lipstick Foundation. Alena Capra is an award winning interior designer, spokesperson, as well as the host of the weekly home design television show on WPLG, SoFlo Home Project. Her Fort Lauderdale based firm, Alena Capra Designs, has designed homes throughout South Florida, as well as New York, California, Arizona, Massachusetts, and Minnesota. She is a residential interior designer, and a Certified Master Kitchen & Bath Designer (CMKBD), whose projects have been featured in numerous media outlets.
